Terms & Conditions of Delivery

Please read the Terms and Conditions to use this Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance.

Order acceptance and Cancellation terms 

  • Emirates Industries cooperatives have the sole right to accept, reject or cancel any order for whatsoever reason including the limitation of the areas wherein we do not serve the customer for any orders placed on our website.
    You will not be charged until your payment method is authorized; the order information is verified for accuracy.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit/debit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
  • If the order has been cancelled by the customer and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card.
    Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped are subject to an AED 20 cancellation fee to be deducted from your refund for shipping and processing. 
    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are present at time of delivery.

Quantity Limits

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to resellers. 

Credit/Debit Card Information

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the Credit/Debit Card. The Credit/Debit card details provided by you for benefiting from the services on the Website will be truthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the Credit/Debit card, which is lawfully owned by you, we will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

Display of Products

The colours of our products that appear on the Website will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Delivery charges 

We charge a delivery fee of 10 AED on all standard delivery orders under 150AED, and any order above AED 150 will be delivered free of any delivery charges.

Refund Policy:

  1. The decision on refund will vary on case-to-case basis.
  2. If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer. 
  3. Refund is allowed only once duly approved by our after-sales service team.
  4. Refund will be processed upon receiving the goods back in case of any quality / quantity issue 
  5. The product will be refunded at the same price as it was sold to you. .
  6. Refund will be made through the credit/debit card only for Online Credit Card Payment.
  7. Refund will be made ONLY at store level for Cash on Delivery.
  8. Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned within 7 days from purchase or delivery date.
  9. Refunds shall be made in the same manner in which the purchase of the item was made. For the avoidance of doubt, items that were purchased in cash shall be refunded in cash while items purchased by credit/debit card shall be refunded to the same credit/debit card.

Unlawful Transactions

We reserve the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

As a customer, you agree and confirm on the following:
  1.  In the event of a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
  2. You will provide correct information requested from your side. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true, we have the right, in our sole discretion to reject the registration.
  3. That you are transacting through this Website at your sole risk.
  4. That correct and proper address at which delivery of the product ordered by you shall be provided by you. If a recipient's address is found to be incomplete or incorrect, we may attempt to find the correct address and to complete the delivery, but we assume no responsibility for our inability to complete delivery under such circumstances. If the address is incorrect, or if delivery can't be completed, then a surcharge for extra cost will be imposed to the customer.
  5. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

We may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of the Website without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on the Website. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service of the Website. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of this Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. The Courts at Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of the Terms and Conditions.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless and its affiliates from and against all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and/or the applicable laws.

Disclaimer

Though we make sure that the delivery of purchased products shall be delivered on time. No claim, penalties, refunds or part refund against us in case of delays in delivery or error in delivery. Although We aim to offer you the best service possible, If a fault occurs in our services you should report it immediately to the Customer Services by phone at and we will attempt to correct the fault within reasonable time.

The product details, information, ingredients, nutritional guides and dietary/allergy advice may change from time to time.

Emirates Industries cooperatives does not represent or warrant that the information contained in this website is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We are not responsible or liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by or related to your use of this website.
